Apart from the usual things, the chef in the kitchen has a smoker, an ice cream maker, and a great love for food. Therefore, we produce everything on site – we smoke, refrigerate, mix, stew, taste. From sauces and pickles to fragrant bread and ice cream. No “branded” sauces here.
Breakfast from 8 a.m., brunch (the resort still wants to sleep) – from 10:30, main menu from 12 p.m., dinner – after 6 p.m.. From 10 p.m. until 12 a.m.- night snacks for alert owls.
