ACCOMMODATION
- Upon arrival at the hotel, it is necessary to fill in the guest’s Customer Declaration, if you did not do that online.
- Arrival time from 3 p.m.; departure – until 12 p.m. We recommend paying for services by a bank card.
SPA, HEALTH AND WATER PROCEDURES
- The flow of visits to the swimming pool and sauna area and the duration of visits are limited in order to make the visit of the guests comfortable.
- Upon arrival, please reserve a time to visit the pool and sauna area. An hour is allocated at an agreed time, limiting visits to 10-12 adults, not counting children.
- Please arrive on time for spa treatments and the pool and sauna area.
GASTRO BAR
- For guests staying at the hotel, meals are available both in the hotel’s gastro bar and on its terrace.
- Please make a reservation for breakfast or dinner upon arrival so that we can control the flow of guests for your convenience.
SAFETY INFORMATION
- We disinfect all surfaces in common areas, and you will also find the necessary disinfectants in common areas.
- Rooms are disinfected after guests leave, using certified cleaning and disinfecting agents.
